The process of psychotherapy can last for a few months, or continue for several years. It all depends on what you need. I take the time to get to know your personal circumstances and understand how you feel, so we can work together in the most effective way. 


I offer counselling and psychotherapy to help with a wide range of issues.

  • Depression, including post-partum (after giving birth)

  • Phobias (such as fear of flying, public speaking, enclosed spaces, insects and more)

  • Addictions (alcohol, smoking, gambling)

  • Difficulty handling conflict

  • Feeling isolated

  • Bereavement and loss

  • Eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, obesity)

  • Guilt and shame

  • Trauma

  • Attachment disorders (which stem from parenting issues)

  • Psychosomatic disorders (which affect both your mental and physical health)

One session lasts for 50 minutes.
