Counselling and Psychotherapy for Individuals

I am here to help you work with unsettling feelings, disturbing thoughts and challenging behaviours in a safe and reflective way. People come to therapy for different reasons and have various motivations; I am here to help you get to your deeper needs, explore them and together we can find the right ways to change at a deeper level.

I am looking forward to working with you if you find yourself struggling with:

  • Anxiety;

  • Depression;

  • Phobias (such as fear of flying, public speaking, enclosed spaces)

  • Panic attacks;

  • Difficulty handling conflict

  • Communication issues

  • Sexuality problems

  • Feelings of isolation

  • Bereavement and loss

  • Eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, obesity)

  • Self-harm

  • Guilt and shame

  • Trauma

  • Attachment disorders (which stem from parenting issues)

  • Psychosomatic disorders (which affect both your mental and physical health)

The process of psychotherapy can last for a few months, or continue for several years. It all depends on what you need. I take the time to get to know your personal circumstances and understand how you feel, think, behave so we can work together in the most effective way and create healing changes.

One session lasts for 50 minutes.

If you’d like to discuss any issues you’re facing, please get in touch.
